Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global Vehicle Line Quality Chief to define and execute the enterprise-wide quality strategy across the entire product lifecycle. You will own the global targets, benchmarking, and KPI governance while guiding a high‑impact team across regions and vehicle programs.

The role partners with Program Management, Product Development, Manufacturing and Executive Leadership to embed quality into planning, development, launch, and in‑market operations, driving actionable

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in automotive quality or related disciplines.
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams.
Strong knowledge of vehicle development processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise-wide quality strategy for vehicle programs across the full lifecycle.
Own global quality target-setting, lifecycle performance, benchmarking, and KPI management.
Lead governance and reporting on quality metrics, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Collaborate with Program Management, Product Development, Manufacturing, and regional teams to embed quality objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce warranty exposure and improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and mentor a global quality organization and ensure alignment across regions.
