Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global Vehicle Line Quality Chief to define and execute the enterprise-wide quality strategy for vehicle programs across the full lifecycle. This senior leader will own KPI management, target setting, and governance to deliver Best-In-Class customer satisfaction and warranty performance.

The role partners with Program Management, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership to embed quality objectives into planning, development, and in-market

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in automotive quality, engineering, product development, program management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle development processes and quality systems.
• Experience establishing business strategies, targets, and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-range quality plan and target setting for global vehicle programs.
• Lead lifecycle quality governance, KPI development, measurement, and performance management.
• Conduct annual quality benchmarking and deliver customer satisfaction insights to development and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global quality organization and regional teams.
• Own monthly executive reporting of quality performance, risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Oversee quality reporting tools, forecasting, risk management, and issue resolution, with emphasis on data-driven decisions.
