Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Ford Pro Quality Engineer to act as the Voice of the Customer within FPI, prioritizing actions on customer quality concerns from Fleet Customer Critical issues and Business Account Feedback. You will leverage Connected Vehicle Data to address early issues and advance traditional metrics, driving investigations and a Quality Framework for Connectivity Features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years resolving customer quality issues.
• 2+ years in data analytics, reporting and dashboards.
• 2+ years querying large datasets to test theories.
• 1+ years cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the Voice of the Customer within FPI Customer Enablement.
• Monitor, prioritize and drive actions on customer quality concerns.
• Lead investigations to improve quality metrics using data sources.
• Support development of a Quality Framework for Connectivity Features.
• Benchmark internally and externally to inform action plans on quality indicators.
