Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Ford Pro Quality Engineer to act as Voice of the Customer within FPI, guiding actions to resolve fleet and business account quality issues. You will leverage connected vehicle data to address early problems and improve traditional quality metrics.

Role focuses on building a Quality Framework for connectivity features, benchmarking internally and externally, and reducing toil in quality issue management while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience resolving customer quality issues.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience querying and utilizing large datasets to prove/disprove theories.
• 1+ years of experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become the Voice of the Customer within FPI Customer Enablement while maintaining a Customer-Centric Mentality and behavior at all times.
• Monitor, prioritize and drive actions to address customer quality concerns from Fleet Customer Critical issues, Business Account Feedback, etc.
• Take a central role in resolving quality issues within respective critical metrics.
• Use Connected Vehicle Data as a real-time data source to improve early issues and prioritize traditional quality metrics.
• Proactively drive investigations and actions to deliver Traditional/Leading metrics that correlate to an outstanding customer experience.
• Support creation of an up-to-date Quality Framework encompassing all Connectivity Features.
