Job summary

EDAG in Georgia seeks a Vehicle Engineering Program Manager to lead a team of program analysts, set program strategy, and drive delivery of complex automotive programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and communicate progress to executive leadership.

You will also manage budgets, track milestones, and ensure alignment with project scopes while traveling as needed to coordinate with global stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in program management.
• 2-5 years in vehicle program management.
• 7-10+ years in the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership of direct reports.
• Familiar with program management frameworks and tools.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• English (C1-C2) proficiency.
• 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Lead problem-solving activities for engineering challenges and cost/weight initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver reports to executive management and align on program issues.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, manage budgets, resources, and forecasting.
