Job summary

EDAG is seeking a Vehicle Engineering Program Manager in Georgia to lead a team of program analysts and drive end-to-end vehicle programs. You will steer problem-solving initiatives, align executive reports, and implement robust PM frameworks across cross-functional groups.

The role requires extensive automotive program management experience, leadership of direct reports, and travel as needed. This position anchors the program in a global development context with a focus on delivering outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in vehicle programs and automotive industry; 2–5 years in vehicle program management; 7–10+ years in automotive
• Leadership experience managing direct reports and delivering complex programs
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and frameworks; familiarity with PM software
• Preferred: PM experience at an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier; professional certification
• Some domestic and international travel required
• English proficiency C1–C2

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of program analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance
• Lead problem-solving activities for engineering challenges, leveraging benchmarking, business case analysis, cost & weight initiatives, and market/customer analysis
• Prepare and deliver frequent reports to upper- and executive-level management; drive one-voice alignment on program issues, features, and specs
• Develop and implement program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for consistent, effective project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria, and establish project plans and timelines
• Monitor program progress, identify risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting
