Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to own a flagship valve portfolio, define a 5-year global strategy, and drive market expansion across Power, Chemical, Energy, and General Industrial sectors.

The role requires 8–10+ years in industrial valves with deep commercial or technical acumen, plus strong skills in Excel and Power BI for forecasting, pricing, and portfolio KPIs. Global collaboration and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of progressive experience in product management, commercial strategy, product marketing, or technical sales in industrial valve or fluid flow control industries.
Direct familiarity with industrial valves (e.g., Ball, Plug, Butterfly, or Quarter-Turn Isolation valves).
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

Formulate and own multi-year product roadmap with global bookings, revenue and margin targets.
Lead cradle-to-grave product lifecycle and optimize high-margin lines.
Design and launch GTM strategies, evaluating pricing dynamics and channel effectiveness.
Translate VOC and competitive benchmarking into actionable product improvements.
Collaborate with global manufacturing, operations and sales to align supply and delivery with demand.
