Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a flagship industrial valve portfolio. You will define long-range strategy, drive profitability, and lead international commercialization across Power, Chemical, Energy, and General Industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product management, commercial strategy, or related roles in industrial valve or fluid flow control.
• Direct commercial or technical familiarity with industrial valves (ball, plug, butterfly, quarter-turn).
• Experience supporting process industries: Power, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industrial.
• Strong background in business case creation, margin optimization, pricing strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel data modeling and Power BI analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year product roadmap and profitability targets.
• Lead cradle-to-grave lifecycle management and 80/20 product rationalization.
• Design go-to-market strategies and evaluate pricing dynamics.
• Translate VOC into product enhancements and roadmaps.
