Define a 5-year global strategy, drive international commercialization, profitability, and market expansion across Power, Chemical, Energy, and General Industrial sectors.

You will partner with global engineering, operations, and sales to optimize the portfolio, lead lifecycle management, and deliver data-driven insights through Excel models and Power BI

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product management or related commercial roles in industrial valves.
• Direct familiarity with industrial valves (ball, plug, butterfly, quarter-turn).
• Strong pricing, margin optimization, and product rationalization experience.
• Data-driven with Excel modeling and Power BI dashboards.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and own a multi-year product roadmap with profitability targets.
• Lead cradle-to-grave lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
• Design GTM strategies, pricing dynamics, and channel expansion.
• Translate VOC into actionable product enhancements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, operations, and sales teams.
• Build data-driven insights to track pipeline health and KPIs.
