Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to own a flagship valve portfolio and drive a 5-year global strategy. Acting as the general manager of the product line, you will define and execute the 5-year plan, expand markets, optimize profitability, and lead international commercialization initiatives.

This role bridges commercial strategy, VOC and technical execution, partnering with engineering, operations and sales across Power, Chemical, Energy and General Industrial sectors

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in product management, commercial strategy or related roles in industrial valves.
• Deep knowledge of industrial valves (ball, plug, butterfly, quarter-turn).
• Experience supporting Power Generation, Petrochemical/Chemical, Oil & Gas/Heavy Industry.
• Strong margin optimization, pricing strategy and 80/20 product rationalization.
• Proficiency in Excel (data modeling) and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and own the multi-year global product roadmap with revenue and margin targets.
• Lead cradle-to-grave lifecycle management and 80/20 variant optimization.
• Design and launch GTM strategies with pricing and channel considerations.
• Translate VOC insights into product enhancements and roadmaps.
• Partner with global manufacturing, operations and regional sales to align supply and demand.
• Build Excel models and Power BI dashboards to track pipeline health and KPIs.
