HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Manager, Launch to drive complex facility launches and network changes across North America. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define milestones, manage risks, and ensure readiness for Day 1 and beyond.

Based in the Newark, NJ area, you will partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Safety, Quality, and Finance to govern launches, create scalable playbooks, and deliver on strategic objectives across the company’s North American network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience supporting facility launches, expansions, network changes, or other large-scale initiatives is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of facility launches, expansions, operations transitions, and network changes across North America.
• Develop integrated launch plans with milestones, dependencies, ownership, and decision points.
• Serve as central coordination point across Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Safety, Quality, Procurement, Finance, People, and Technology.
