Job summary

L’Oréal Operations in Piscataway, NJ seeks a Launch Manager to lead the delivery of product launches within safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost targets. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across packaging, engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure launches meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, 4+ years in manufacturing, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain required.
• APICS certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility; cosmetics industry preferred.
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations, graphics software and database management).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Supply Chain implementations for new products or programs.
• Charter each Launch with objectives and success criteria and deliver results.
• Engage with Pack Dev./Engineering to ensure robust packaging and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely inputs for design.
• Develop and maintain a project milestone schedule and a Launch follow-up list.
• Manage product inventory at Piscataway plant and subcontractors to maximize service.
