Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) seeks an Associate Director of Global Value Evidence Strategy to lead the development and execution of value evidence for CNS, nephrology, and immunology assets. You will contribute to integrated evidence plans, coordinate evidence generation, and ensure timely delivery of research across global teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Health Services Research, Public Health or related discipline with 2+ years (PhD/MD) or 4+ years (Master’s).
• Experience in outcomes research including dossiers for reimbursement and pharmacoeconomic models.
• Knowledge of epidemiology, economics, psychometrics and medical writing.
• Strong skills in non-interventional study designs and statistical analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of global value evidence strategies by gathering and analyzing evidence needs for payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
• Lead or coordinate Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for products and indications.
• Design and implement HEOR studies to support economic value and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or academics to implement evidence generation.
• Support publication planning and coordination with scientific communications teams.
• Assist in preparing for payer advisory meetings to discuss disease impact and value.
• Identify projects that support economic strategy and access goals.
• Evaluate value of products vs. alternatives using clinical trials and real-world data.
