Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Global Value Evidence Strategy to lead evidence generation for CNS, nephrology, and immunology assets. You will design global studies, coordinate internal and external partners, and support payer discussions to demonstrate value and access.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Health Services Research, Public Health or related discipline with at least 2 years related work experience for Ph.D/MD and 4 years related work experience for Master’s degree.
• Experience in outcomes research including dossier submissions for reimbursement and in design/development of pharmacoeconomic models.
• Strong communication and project management skills with experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and execution of global value evidence strategies by gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing evidence needs across payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
• Participate in development and maintenance of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for products and indications.
• Design and implement health economics and outcomes research studies globally to support value propositions and reimbursement requirements.
• Collaborate with internal data teams or external vendors to implement evidence generation studies.
• Support publication planning and execution coordinating with publication teams and Scientific Communications personnel.
• Assist in development of product dossiers and formulary submission projects.
• Identify external stakeholders’ needs and develop collaborative research agendas.
