Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly, seeks a Director, HEOR to lead evidence generation for the hypersomnia portfolio. You will shape HEOR strategies, align with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial teams, and translate objectives into actionable plans across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes leading studies with claims and EHR data, developing PRO strategies, and ensuring governance, regulatory readiness, and payer engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics and outcomes research or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in HEOR or related disciplines in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience designing studies using healthcare databases and real-world data sources.
• Experience developing PRO strategies and/or RWE designs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and payer landscape for novel therapies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR strategies and operational plans for the asset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform evidence and value narratives.
• Design and implement PRO strategies and integrate them into development plans.
• Manage external vendors and ensure on-time study execution and budgets.
• Communicate findings and contribution to strategic impact for launch readiness and value demonstration.
