Job summary

Amgen seeks a Global Value & Access Senior Manager in Rare Disease to drive payer insights, value messaging and pricing strategy across multiple indications. You will partner with Marketing, Medical, HEOR, Regulatory and country teams to shape access plans, translate evidence into actionable recommendations, and support global launch readiness in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payer/market access and/or analytics experience required within a pharma/biotech context.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing people, projects, or programs.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex health economics into strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead indication-specific value, access and pricing assessments across US and priority markets.
• Develop high-quality Global Value & Access materials and evidence plans.
• Collaborate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Regulatory and country access teams.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and influence access strategy and launch plans.
