Job summary

Amazon’s AWS Field Experience (AFX) team is seeking an innovative UX Designer to shape direction for a strategic AWS initiative supporting a growing global Sales organization. You will craft customer-centric experiences, balance multiple priorities, and lead the creative process with stakeholder management, driving design excellence at scale.

You will work autonomously yet collaboratively, distilling user needs from diverse inputs and influencing product vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong foundation in design thinking and usability principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide designs for end-to-end experiences from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and engineering to align on customer problems and vision.
• Scale design processes and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
