Amazon’s AWS Field Experience (AFX) seeks an innovative UX Designer to guide a strategic AWS initiative serving a global Sales organization. You will obsess over customer experience, work with AI-enabled interfaces, and influence product direction at worldwide scale.

Expect to lead design with stakeholders, balance priorities, and deliver end-to-end experiences. You will shape the design process, communicate insights, and advocate for design excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or above in design or HCI requested.
• Portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables (plans, reports, personas).
• Strong foundation in design thinking and usability principles.
