Siemens Healthineers in Cary, NC is seeking a Global Trainer for the Unity Program (Finance) to lead the worldwide rollout of the ServiceNow platform. You will deliver engaging, role-based training for end users, process owners, and local trainers across regions to ensure consistent adoption.

The role requires 5–8+ years delivering technology training in global environments, experience with ServiceNow, and the ability to support localization, post-go-live support, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience delivering technology training in a global environment.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ESM platform.
• Experience working on large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training globally across virtual and in-person sessions.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for regional and country-level trainers.
• Deliver training aligned with the global Unity curriculum.
• Support localization efforts with country deployment teams.
• Collaborate with program teams to align with timelines and readiness milestones.
• Measure and report training effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement post go-live.
