Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Global Trainer for Unity (ServiceNow) to lead a worldwide deployment of the Unity platform. You will deliver engaging, role-based training (virtual and in-person) for end users, process owners, and support teams, coordinating with regional deployment teams to ensure consistency across regions.

This role requires 5–8+ years of global training delivery, ServiceNow experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8+ years of global tech training delivery experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ESM platform.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training globally across regions.
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Curriculum execution & feedback.
• Support localization efforts.
• Collaborate with program teams.
• Measure training effectiveness.
