Siemens Healthineers seeks an Unity - Deployment Implementation Lead for CS Global Software (Finance) to establish a local deployment team, ensure staffing and governance, and drive end-to-end deployment across the organization. The role emphasizes PM governance, business readiness, and data privacy as part of a global rollout strategy.

Fluency in English is required; foreign languages are a plus. This position involves coordinating with international teams and ensuring successful go-live with

Qualifications

• Must have proficiency in Customer Service processes and Quality Management System.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager on large projects.
• Project Management certification is highly desirable.
• Degree in related discipline or an advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with global programs related to software release and deployment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish the local deployment team across functional and business areas.
• Ensure staffing and resource monitoring throughout deployment.
• Own project management governance, execution control, and adherence to program standards.
• Own overall business readiness and service operations continuity.
• Be accountable for PM governance, quality, and privacy within deployment end-to-end.
• Define business objectives and acceptance criteria for Cutover, Hypercare, and transition to operations.
• Monitor deployment progress, service performance, and trigger corrective actions.
• Approve milestones from business perspective including go-live and Hypercare exit.
• Identify and manage business risks and escalation for critical issues.
• Drive user adoption and productivity realization.
