Job summary

The University of Utah in Salt Lake City seeks an International Undergraduate Admissions Evaluator to support the evaluation and processing of applications for the Utah Asia Campus (UAC) in Incheon, South Korea. The role includes data entry, credential review, and customer service for applicants and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of general office experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for one year of related work experience).
• College coursework in a related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating international undergraduate applications for the University of Utah Asia Campus (UAC).
• Respond to emails related to international undergraduate admissions.
• Provide customer service support at our office windows and via phone calls as it relates to international undergraduate admissions.
• Process credentials related to international admissions.
• Monitor students' academic files to ensure information is complete and updated by filling in information and changing records when applicable.
• Manage daily work responsibilities and recommends changes to the supervisor to improve processes.
• Provide administrative support to the Utah Asia Campus based recruitment team in relation to application evaluation.
• Will be cross trained in other areas, including Main and Online campus undergraduate evaluations and other special projects as assigned.
