Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking an International Undergraduate Admissions Evaluator to support evaluation of transcripts and test scores and to maintain student records for the Salt Lake City campus.

You will interact with students and campus partners to answer inquiries about admission policies and documentation submission. This is a main campus, on-site role with potential for hybrid work after 90 days with management approval.

Qualifications

• Three years of general office experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
• One year of experience in an academic setting; demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills.
• College coursework in a related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating international undergraduate applications for the University of Utah Main and Online campuses.
• Respond to emails related to international undergraduate admissions.
• Provide customer service support at office windows and via phone for international undergraduate admissions.
• Process credentials related to international admissions.
• Monitor students’ academic files to ensure information is complete and updated; update records as needed.
• Support the international recruitment team with application evaluation and related tasks.
