Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a high‑impact commercial leader to accelerate expansion into Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM). This role defines Honeywell’s global UAS commercial strategy, builds and scales a world‑class sales organization, and positions Honeywell as the preferred provider of autonomy, avionics, and payload integration across commercial and dual‑use platforms.

This leader reports to the General Manager for the UAS/UAM business and will shape Honeywell

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in UAS/UAM or related high-tech aviation markets.
• Experience owning global commercial strategy and key customer relationships.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own global UAS/UAM sales activities and drive a first‑class commercial strategy.
• Build and scale a high‑performing UAS sales organization.
• Develop market coverage, channel models, and partner strategies.
• Own opportunity lifecycle from prospecting to contract and ongoing leadership.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing to align roadmaps.
