• JD, MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in policy in the technology sector and key tech policy issues.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate policy issues facing product and technology platforms and develop policies and enforcement recommendations.
• Lead, develop, and implement policies for Google products with a view towards user safety and product quality.
• Influence product decisions and prioritization to improve user experience for policy-related issues.
• Drive awareness and understanding of our product policies within Google and across our user base through research to set industry standards.
• Be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
