Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a VP, Global Head of Trust & Safety to lead its investigations and engineering teams responsible for information requests and abuse reports. You will set vision, build scalable policies, and drive AI-enabled automation to strengthen trust across our global network.

You will recruit top talent, partner with Legal, Policy, Security, and Product teams, and communicate strategy to executives while shaping industry-friendly standards and practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years relevant experience in Trust and Safety, fraud, risk management, or related leadership roles.
• 8+ years managing a large team with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working with law enforcement and handling legal requests for information.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a global Trust and Safety function for a tech company.
• Build and manage a 24/7 globally distributed team.
• Develop policies and automation to handle information requests and abuse reports.
• Collaborate with Legal, Policy, Security, and Product teams at senior levels.
• Represent Cloudflare externally with industry and government partners.
