Job summary

Adobe invites a Senior Director of AI, Data Science & Engineering to lead the technical organization building AI-powered fraud, abuse, Trust & Safety, and consumer protection capabilities. This AI-first leadership role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to scale multidisciplinary teams across AI Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale.
• Strong engineering leadership across AI/ML, data science, and data engineering.
• Production systems mindset with real-time, low-latency architectures.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, telemetry, and ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI/ML technical strategy for fraud, abuse, Trust & Safety.
• Oversee end-to-end AI/ML capabilities from experimentation to production.
• Lead recruitment and development of AI, ML, data engineering leaders.
• Drive agentic AI, graph intelligence, anomaly detection, and real-time decisioning.
• Collaborate with Platform Risk and engineering on identity graph, fingerprinting, telemetry, and risk platforms.
