Job summary

Introl is seeking a Trust & Safety Coordinator to join our Business Operations team. You will help govern vetting, screening, conduct standards, safety, and site access across Introl’s workforce, including contract field technicians, in high-sensitivity environments.

You will report to the Global Safety Director and collaborate with Legal, risk, and customer teams to align safety practices with customer requirements and multi-jurisdictional regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a background screening program across a distributed workforce.
• Working knowledge of occupational health and safety regulation (one or more jurisdictions).
• Proven experience conducting and documenting workplace investigations.
• Strong written communication for policy, investigation reports, and customer-facing correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lawful vetting programs across US, UK, and Serbia, coordinating with Legal and counsel.
• Own the field and site safety program, including OSHA standards, PPE, and lone-worker protocols.
• Define standards for customer site access, conduct policies, and escalation processes.
• Lead investigations into workplace conduct, safety incidents, and data security crossovers; coordinate with Risk and Compliance.
