Job description

Trust & Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Trust & Safety Coordinator to join our Business Operations team at Introl. Reporting to the Global Safety Director, you will help build and run the program that governs the vetting, screening, conduct standards, physical and personal safety, and site access integrity of Introl's entire workforce, employees and contract field technicians alike. Our people work inside our customers' most sensitive facilities, often unsupervised and on compressed timelines. The trustworthiness of every person we put on a site, and their safety while they are there, is the product.

Who We Are

At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation. Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities
Workforce Vetting & Screening

Ensure screening programs are lawful and defensible in each operating jurisdiction (US federal and state, UK, Serbia), working with Legal and outside counsel on adverse action, disclosure, and data retention. Define and enforce re-screening cadence, badge-eligibility criteria, and disqualification and appeal procedures. Maintain evidence sufficient to satisfy customer audit and master service agreement obligations on personnel screening without a scramble.

Field & Site Safety

Own the occupational health and safety program for field operations, including electrical safety, energized-equipment work, lifting and rigging, ladders and lifts, hot/cold aisle conditions, PPE standards, and lone-worker protocols. Establish job hazard analysis and pre-task safety briefing requirements for deployment and migration projects. Drive incident, near‑miss, and injury reporting; run root cause analysis; track corrective actions to closure. Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and the equivalent UK and Serbian regulatory obligations; coordinate with carriers on claims and loss prevention. Align Introl safety practices to each customer's site‑specific safety program so technicians are ready on day one, not on day three.

Site Access & Customer Trust

Define standards for customer site access, including badging, escorting, visitor and contractor protocols, media and mobile device restrictions, and photography controls inside customer facilities. Establish a code of conduct for technicians on customer premises and a clear, fast process for handling conduct complaints raised by customers. Serve as the escalation point for customer trust incidents; own the customer‑facing narrative, remediation plan, and follow‑up reporting. Support sales and account teams in security and safety questionnaires, site readiness reviews, and customer audits.

Investigations & Incident Response

Lead investigations into workplace conduct, harassment, theft, property damage, safety violations, and misuse of customer access. Maintain a consistent, documented investigation methodology with defined severity tiers, timelines, and disposition standards. Coordinate with the Director of Risk and Compliance on incidents that cross into information security, so a single incident does not get handled twice under two playbooks. Interface with law enforcement, insurers, and customer security teams where circumstances require.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ownership of a background screening or personnel vetting program at a company with a distributed or contingent workforce
  • Working command of occupational health and safety regulation in at least one major jurisdiction, with the ability to extend a program into others
  • Direct experience conducting and documenting workplace investigations, including matters with legal or customer exposure
  • Sound judgment under pressure and the ability to hold a line with a revenue-generating team when the safe or right answer is the inconvenient one
  • Clear, concise writing; this role produces policy, investigation reports, and customer‑facing correspondence that must hold up under scrutiny
  • Ability to travel to customer data center sites and to obtain and maintain access credentials required by our customers
  • Able to work in data center environments (noise, temperature variation, confined aisles, elevated work areas) and meet customer site entry and PPE requirements
  • Availability for occasional work outside standard hours to support incidents, customer escalations, and teams in UK and Serbia time zones
  • Preferred: Experience in data center, critical facilities, construction, telecommunications, or field services operations
  • Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise master service agreement security and safety clauses and the obligations they create
  • Preferred: Experience managing safety and screening programs across multiple countries, including the UK and Central or Eastern Europe
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
