Ladders is seeking a Global Trial Optimization Specialist to strengthen clinical trial performance by shaping recruitment and retention strategies across global studies.

You will partner with clients, vendors, and internal project teams to keep programs aligned to scope, timelines, and milestone expectations. The position combines clinical trial expertise, feasibility insight, and analytics to improve execution in oncology research and broader development programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or biological science.
• 3+ years of clinical trial experience, with 2 years in analytics preferred.
• Pharma or CRO industry experience preferred.
• Feasibility experience required.
• Oncology clinical research background required.
• Proven analytical and data synthesis skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Trial Optimization Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on strengthening clinical trial performance by shaping patient recruitment and retention strategies across global studies. You will partner closely with clients, vendors, and internal project teams to keep programs aligned to scope, timelines, and milestone expectations. The position combines clinical trial expertise, feasibility insight, and analytics to improve execution in oncology research and broader development programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials
• Consult on recruitment and retention approaches for ongoing projects
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications
• Select and oversee recruitment and retention vendors
• Coordinate project activities to ensure milestone adherence
• Stay current on recruitment trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or biological science
• 3+ years of clinical trial experience, with 2 years preferred in a relevant analytics role
