Job summary

Ripple Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager for Global Treasury Operations in New York, NY.

You will lead daily cash and product operations, coordinate cross-functional processes, and support the evolution of Ripple’s treasury infrastructure with a focus on liquidity, digital assets, and collaboration with banking partners. The role requires 7+ years in corporate treasury, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience with SAAS TMS like GTreasury or Kyriba.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations
• Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments
• Proficiency with SAAS Treasury Management Systems like GTreasury/Kyriba is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions
• Manage entity funding and intercompany funding oversight
• Support daily cash operations, reconciliations, and bank configurations
• Provide audit support and FBAR compliance
• Assist in cash position analysis and liquidity planning for wallet funding
• Oversee Stablecoin (RLUSD) operations and OTC trading support
• Manage AP and corporate payments using crypto assets
• Oversee global account management, KYC, signatories, and bank relationships
• Coordinate bank feeds, API credentials, and data file maintenance
• Support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives
