• Identify anomalies in agent bank trade or fee data.
• Represent the firm to external senior representation and industry bodies.
• Exercise sound judgement balancing cost, risk and service levels.
• Evaluate new business, products and markets and drive work streams.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn across a wide range of business.
• Balance tactical and strategic thinking while reprioritizing as needed.
