Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship managers to enhance agent bank experience.
• Comply with risk frameworks and regulations (e.g., CASS).
• Identify anomalies in agent bank trade or fee data.
• Represent the firm to external senior representatives and industry bodies.
• Exercise sound judgment on cost, risk, and service levels.
• Evaluate new business/products/markets and drive work streams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn pertinent information across business areas.
• Balance tactical actions with strategic planning under changing priorities.
