Responsibilities

• Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with external agent banks and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial & Analytical Execution: Analyze bank fee structures, service levels, and activity to identify cost-savings.
• Risk, Control & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk frameworks and regulatory requirements (KYC, asset rules).
• Business & Strategic Support: Support evaluation of new markets, products, and bank capabilities.
• Operational & Product Coverage: Develop knowledge of custody, cash, payments and securities services.
• Coordination with Operations: Coordinate with Operations teams on service performance and issue resolution.
