Job summary

SGF Global is seeking a motivated banking operations professional to manage the lifecycle of global bank accounts and support treasury workflows in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate KYC and compliance tasks, administer signatory changes, and maintain governance over banking documentation.

Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting background with hands-on experience in banking operations and strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with multiple internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of treasury, cash management, banking operations, or related financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, closures, modifications, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and support KYC and bank compliance requirements and timely submission of documentation.
• Administer bank account signatory changes and maintain authorized signer records with financial institutions.
• Serve as a main point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding account administration.
• Maintain accurate bank account documentation, records, and governance controls.
• Track and monitor pending bank account requests to ensure timely completion and policy compliance.
• Support treasury operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and business teams to gather required approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations related to account management.
