Equinix, Inc. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the development of new funding frameworks and manage Equinix’s debt and equity transactions.

You will work with FP&A, Corporate Development, Real Estate, Investor Relations, Accounting, Legal, and Tax, coordinating with external banks and rating agencies to ensure smooth financings. The role requires strong modeling, international finance experience, and collaboration across a global treasury team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting; MBA preferred.
• CFA or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years in investment banking, private credit, private equity, treasury, real estate or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with international corporate finance and hybrid securities a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI with Treasury.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a global org.

Responsabilités

• Create new financial models to support funding framework development.
• Evaluate financing alternatives (bonds, debt, hybrids) to optimize capital structure.
• Forecast key capital and credit metrics in partnership with Tax and Corporate Dev teams.
• Support quarter-end activities including data for 10-Q/10-K filings.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to enhance financing strategies.
• Support M&A and other strategic initiatives.
