Job summary

Vantive, a long-standing leader in vital organ therapy, seeks a Senior Manager to drive BlackLine and Kyriba Center of Excellence. You will bridge Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and Transformation to deliver governance, automation, and scalable platform solutions. 8+ years in finance tech or related fields are expected.

The role emphasizes process governance, system optimization, and change leadership as the organization expands its digital capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, Shared Services, or consulting.
Experience with BlackLine is required; Kyriba, treasury systems, ERP platforms, or finance tech administration are a plus.
CPA, MBA, accounting certification, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead BlackLine and Kyriba implementation and optimization.
Partner with Accounting, Treasury, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into system solutions.
Maintain configuration standards, workflows, and access for supported platforms.
Track adoption, compliance, and process effectiveness with metrics and reports.
