Job summary

Vantive, a leader in vital organ therapy, is seeking a Director of Treasury Accounting to lead the global treasury accounting function. You will own policy, close, reconciliations, and controls, while partnering with tax, FP&A, legal, and external auditors to ensure a scalable, well‑controlled model.

You will drive the 3–5 year roadmap for treasury accounting, align with Kyriba and BlackLine integrations, and establish governance across debt, derivatives, hedging, FX, and intercompany financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/treasury credential preferred; CTP helpful.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting/treasury experience in a global company.

Responsibilities

• Lead global treasury accounting function, including policy execution, close, reconciliations, controls, reporting and audit support.
• Set 3-5 year roadmap for treasury accounting, including operating model and system integrations.
• Develop governance for debt, derivatives, FX, intercompany financing, and cash management.
• Oversee close, reporting, and technical accounting related to treasury activities.
• Lead managers and shared services supporting treasury accounting.
