Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services is hiring a Treasury Manager to lead complex treasury engagements, shape client strategies, and mentor teams across engagements. You will drive growth, manage delivery, and build relationships with prestigious clients in a rapidly expanding practice.

You’ll balance execution, business development, and process improvements while guiding staff, leveraging treasury expertise, risk management, and analytics to deliver high-impact insights and value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven record of problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills and experience with: Treasury organizational structure and transformation, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, cash and bank relationship management, international treasury centers, debt and investment management, due diligence, governance and controls, carve outs, and hedge accounting.
• The confidence to train and mentor junior colleagues, providing the knowledge, skills and opportunities they need to excel.
• Excellent sales and influencing skills, and the ability to present credibly to senior clients and colleagues.
• Valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member to include project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development and practice development initiatives.
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery.
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients.
