Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, mentor teams and drive client value in a global treasury practice. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate multi‑client projects and shape solutions across cash management, risk and analytics.

You’ll partner with clients and EY colleagues to deliver practical treasury strategies while expanding service capabilities and market reach, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–8 years of treasury or consulting experience.
• Professional designations such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM are a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking in treasury or finance.
• Strong leadership, communication and client management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury engagements with project and resource planning, budgets and client relations.
• Develop proposals, pursue treasury engagements and support business development.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Analyze risk, cash flow forecasting, liquidity and financing strategies for clients.
• Build networks and deliver insights using treasury, finance and analytics.
