Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Global Treasury Advisory Services to lead complex engagements and drive growth across major markets. You will manage delivery teams and maintain strong client relationships while leveraging treasury process experience to deliver tailored insights for public or private organizations.

This role sits within a collaborative global network, offering opportunities to develop new services, mentor staff, and work across risk management, cash forecasting, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Pursuing or holding professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking within a global corporate treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills and experience with treasury organizational structure and transformation, risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, and related areas.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues and present credibly to senior clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work long hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member including project planning, budgeting, execution, and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit teams for prospective treasury engagements; support business development initiatives.
• Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to determine risk strategies and manage client expectations.
• Develop and maintain networks, internally and externally, with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support development of expanded client solutions in data and analytics, leveraging technology to deliver insights.
