Job summary

EY’s Global Treasury Advisory Services seeks a Treasury Manager to drive growth, manage delivery teams, and apply treasury process knowledge across risk management, cash flow forecasting, and analytics. You’ll supervise staff, mentor juniors, and coordinate with client and EY teams in a rapidly expanding area.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, collaboration across services, and delivering exemplary execution on client engagements with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM is valued.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking in a global treasury or consulting setting.
• Strong treasury knowledge across risk, cash forecasting, liquidity and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member including planning, budgeting, execution and client relations.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain client focus and productive relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and manage client expectations.
• Develop networks and work with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support data analytics initiatives and use advanced analytics to deliver insights.
