Job summary

EY seeks a Treasury Manager to lead engagements in our Global Treasury Advisory Services. You will manage client relationships, develop proposals, and oversee budgets while applying treasury and corporate finance knowledge to drive growth and deliver value.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with partners, and expand service offerings using emerging analytics and technology. This role requires travel and a strong client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation (CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM) encouraged.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking in global treasury/consulting environments.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, risk management, cash forecasting, liquidity and related areas.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and present credibly to clients and leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury engagements with project and resource planning, budgeting and client relationship management; ensure deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
• Lead proposal development and support business development and practice initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and build productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk and strategic needs; understand industry trends.
• Develop networks internally and with other service lines to provide integrated services.
• Support development of data analytics offerings and leverage technology to deliver insights to clients.
