Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager in the US to lead engagements, manage a diverse client base, and mentor staff across a global treasury practice. You will drive delivery, coordinate with diverse teams, and expand treasury solutions for client needs in a fast-growing area.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and effective communication with senior clients while leveraging EY’s broad treasury capabilities and global network.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designations such as CTP, CFA, CPA or FRM are valued.
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking in treasury/consulting.
• Experience with treasury processes, risk management, cash flow forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements, including planning, budgeting, execution and client relationships.
• Lead proposal development and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong client focus and relationships with client personnel.
• Define strategy with client to address risk and deliverables.
• Develop networks and coordinate with other service lines for integrated delivery.
• Support development of data analytics and use of emerging tech to insights.
