Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, guide delivery teams, and drive growth across public or private sector clients. You’ll balance client work with business development, using treasury process experience to deliver on commitments and expand service capabilities.

This role requires 5–8 years of treasury experience, professional designations, travel readiness, and the ability to mentor junior staff while collaborating with EY’s global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Progress toward/holding professional treasury credentials (CTP/CFA/CPA/FRM).
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking in treasury or consulting.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, risk management, forecasting, liquidity.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff; strong communication and sales skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally; valid driver’s license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury engagements as a senior team member with planning, budgeting and client mgmt.
• Manage proposals, business development, and cross‑practice collaboration.
• Maintain strong client focus and build productive client relationships.
• Devise strategies addressing risk and client expectations; analyze industry trends.
• Develop networks and work with service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support data and analysis initiatives leveraging emerging tech for insights.
