Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Achieved or pursuing a professional designation (CTP, CFA, CPA, FRM).
• Proven problem solving and analytical thinking within a global treasury or consulting business.
• Advanced skills in treasury structure, risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics and liquidity management.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and train staff.
• Excellent sales and influencing skills; able to present credibly to senior clients.
• Valid passport; willingness to travel internationally.
• Willingness to travel and work extra hours as needed.
• Driver’s license recommended for transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project and resource planning and client relationship management.
• Lead proposal development and participate in pursuit teams for treasury engagements; support business development.
• Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive client relationships.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to address risk and manage expectations.
• Develop and maintain networks; work with service lines to provide integrated solutions.
• Support data and analytics initiatives, leveraging technology to deliver key insights to clients.
