Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead engagements, build client relationships, and guide delivery teams in advanced treasury solutions. The role integrates with EY’s global network to deliver risk management, cash flow forecasting, and funding analytics for public and private sector clients.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in treasury or consulting, professional designation, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or FRM.
• Experience in global treasury or consulting.
• Advanced skills in treasury organization, risk management, cash forecasting, liquidity.
• Willingness to travel internationally and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Treasury engagements as a senior team member to include project and resource planning, budget management, execution of work plans and client relationship management and ensure products/deliverables meet contract/work plan specifications and deadlines
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit team for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development and practice development initiatives
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients
