Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements and expand treasury solutions for diverse clients. You will oversee project delivery, manage budgets, and cultivate client relationships using your treasury and corporate finance knowledge.

This role sits in EY’s global network, offering growth, mentorship, and exposure to innovative analytics. Travel to client sites is expected as part of a dynamic, high-impact team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CTP, CFA, CPA, or FRM.
• Experience in global corporate treasury or consulting with problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Advanced skills in treasury organizational structure and transformation, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, analytics, liquidity management, cash and bank relationship management, international treasury centers, debt and investment management, due diligence, governance and controls, carve outs, and hedge accounting.
• Willingness to travel internationally and ability to work long hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements as a senior team member, including project planning, budget management, delivery, and client relationship management.
• Lead the proposal development process and participate in pursuit teams for prospective treasury engagements, support and lead business development.
• Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate with the partner and client to determine a strategy that addresses risk and manages client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong networks, both internally and externally, and work with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery.
• Support the development of expanded client solutions in data and analysis, leveraging emerging technology and advanced analytics to deliver key insights to clients.
