Job summary

EY is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead engagements, manage client relationships and deliver tailored treasury solutions across public and private sectors in the U.S. You’ll guide teams, shape strategy, and optimize cash, risk and capital management for diverse clients.

You’ll work in a highly collaborative network, develop new services, and mentor colleagues while driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–8 years of relevant treasury or consulting experience.
• Experience solving complex treasury problems in a global corporate environment.
• Advanced knowledge of treasury risk management, cash forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury engagements, including project planning, budgeting and client relationships.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives.
• Mentor staff and provide supervision in client environments.
• Collaborate with partners to address risk and deliverables while expanding services.
