Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Manager of Global Travel Sourcing to lead negotiations for air, hotel, and ground transportation across brands worldwide. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure policy compliance, and drive cost optimization using Excel and Power BI.

The role requires collaboration with brand teams, strong analytical skills, and experience with GDS systems. Office location is in Miami with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, corporate travel, or cruise industry operations.
• Familiarity with hotel RFP platforms, duty-of-care standards, and ground transportation compliance.
• Direct experience negotiating with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport providers globally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and Power BI for spend analysis.
• Experience with travel-industry systems such as Sabre or Amadeus; knowledge of GDS.
• Familiarity with procurement, contracting, and data-governance systems (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiations across airlines, hotels, ground operators, and GDS.
• Collaborate with brand travel teams to forecast demand and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships across air, hotel, ground, and GDS.
• Ensure compliance with Carnival’s sourcing policies and bidding requirements.
• Use Excel and Power BI to evaluate spend and supplier performance for data-driven decisions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across global travel portfolio.
